nope....everything that doesnt use cpu to power up will work....but then when cpu takes over....and since there is no cpu....nothing will work except lights and fans....I think ur comp sud turn off by itself since there is no cpu....

The system fans and lights should come on. It might beep, depending on what motherboard you have. That's about it though. Since the computer can't process anything without a processor, it will only turn on whatever's hard-wired (like the power LED).
