Graphics Card: PNY FX5500 or Chaintech FX 5200

I can't decide which one of these PCI graphics cards to get and if they are both compatible with my dell dimension 2350. I need help choosing which one (mainly will be used to play guild wars) and if they are both compatible with the dell dimension 2350.
2.2Ghz Celeron Processor
768 MB of Ram
Current Graphics are Intel Integrated 64 MB 845
