Power to computer problem

I just put a computer together and I've checked everything twice and still can't get any power to my computer. I have a 500w power supply. The fan spins for a second then dies. What am I doing wrong?

What Connectors, Go from the PSU to the mobo?? That might be the problem, otherwise, does the mobo and everything work?
