Gigabyte over Asus???

thanx TRD...I was thinking of Asus too....by the way...Asus has 800 Mhz FSB....what difference does it make???....

I have the same exact ASUS mobo. Very nice, indeed. :) The VIA K8T800 Chipset is awesome...very nForce worthy :D About the Wireless, you have to buy a special card that plugs into the very last slot...so it's not included (a very handy feature though).

It's pretty good. VIA chipsets made a point the fact that their chipset supports full-speed 800Mhz (1.6GHz) Hypertransport bus.

AMD use Hypertransport in place of FSB (Intel). By increasing the HTT multiplier you can OC your CPU to run at higher frequencys.

Yup, they've made some signifigant progress over the years.

The VIA Nano-ITX motherboard! It's a mere 12cm x 12cm  I think someone on techtv (or what not) took apart a Mac Mini and used this motherboard to convert the Mini into a PC. Of course, A-Open now has their new XC-Cube small form factor computers...last I heard, it's even a tid smaller than the Mac Mini :D And it's a PC ;)
