hard drive questions

my new video machine is to include 2 raid-0 raptor 36gb disks for windows etc. and four other disks in raid 0+1. im swinging towards hitachi deskstars.

problem is i cant find any 250's in sata2. does sata2 make a significant difference on these disks?

I'd think not, unless you're gonna be backing-up DVD's to your hard drives. I think RPM is more important in general, for accessing files, scanning etc.
