I'd say Exabytes, because it is the hightest proper representation of numbers there
But I have to agree, there is no limit. Once you want to store more things on a certain amount of disc than there are Atoms there, you just start encoding smaller particles, and smaller particles, and inventing Visualisation Techniques for encoding information into particles...
