Ok, I need the help of some computer gurus

I have an older system that runs slow enough already. I am wanting to know if I have any processes that are running that don't need to be running that may help it run a little faster. Here is the list of processes that are running:

I would get rid of YPager, FIrefox (unless you are using it), qttask. Looks like you are running Avast anitvirus too so don't want to get rid of them. I am suspicisou of the Zlclentt.exe process. What is that?

You can probably get rid of this ybrwicon.exe. It's SBC Yahoo's system tray icon. It's a useful tool too at the same time so its your call on that.

THat mdm.exe you can get rid off. Looks like a possible virus or something. You can get rid of it and won't affect your performance.
