Wow you sure have alot of icons on your desktop
Heres mine again ... the other one had a broken link, but this time i added Object Dock

For that, you can use Window Blinds and Object Dock ...
But i have heaps of desktop enhancements such as Cursor XP, Icon Packager, Tweak UI and Serious Samurize
I also have a 3D virtual desktop called Sphere XP, its a desktop which is like a globe, you can move it around and all that

I had windows blinds but it keep changing the wallpaper to its origanal one and it was so irratating so i got rid of it lol
