I prefer Firefox, but when a site doesn't work with it, it gets me rather annoyed, and I have to switch to IE.

Java doesn't seem to work on firefox for example, even after installing it... and some flash browser type sites with flash buttons

Internet Explorer is more in with the standards of the Web, Firefox puts too much heat in standards that aren't yet standard. JavaScript for instance, as Kage said, works as it should in Internet Explorer, but has problems in Firefox.

I havetrouble with Apple Quicktime plugins, or something I can't remember. I install them, still doesn't work

Internet Explorer, when everything's working correctly, lol. FIrefox is my all time favorite alternative though.
