2 counter strike mod questions

to make a long story short i was modding my shot gun shells, and i kinda deleted the wrong file, and the ejected shell is fine, its wut i want, but the shell that loads into the shot gun, is black and purple, because it dosnet have any more textures. does anyone kno the file of the shell that gets loaded into the gun?

and the other one

i was wondering wut file to the the back ground in for the opening page for counter strike, you kno the page that says find servers, create server, and all that other stuff. well i have a file of a .45 colt that i really wanna get in there, but i have kno idea wut file to put it in. please help
