I need help picking out out a CPU fan and some case fans.

Are there adapters for 4 to 3 pin? I just ordered two 3 pin fans.

It depends which Pentium 3.2 you get I think the Northwood is 478, and the Prescott is 775, but I'm not sure. You'll have to look into it.

How can I figure that out??

Oh... errr... you should get in contact with the manufacturer then, and see what Socket they say it should be.
