Can a computer ever be too cold?

I've seen mods where they get CPU chips to OC to 5 GHz and hit -190 degrees. So I would think it would be very difficult to make a CPU so COLD that it would not work. Even with the proper funding.

Mhm. I believe it was with Liquid Nitrogen. 5.0 GHZ and stable.

Hmm, the temperature may affect the speed of how the data is sent through the wires and so on
But i don't believe that it can just freeze up and stop working
I mean, the fans will keep it at a constant temperature, if its too cold, it'll try to maintain heat inside but if its too hot, which is usually the case, then it will expel heat
