Norton Internet Security 2005 Problem

Hi I have NIS 2005 and im really having problems with it.... I all of a suden cant live update... When I go to do it it runs and then it tells me it failed to update.... It really wierd... I looked all over the web site and cant find any help. I dont want to spen 30 dollers to talk to some person half way around the world about my problem... anyone know whats going on?

Try reinstalling the software.

There is a virus that attacks Norton, messed up mine.

how would i find it... what is it called?

If i knew the name that would help lol... Would norton pick it up as being on my system or will I have to use another source to see if i have it on my system.

Perhaps your subscription to Norton is expired? THey usually won't let you Liveupdate if it is expired. You have to renew subscritption.
