Ok, I have a AMD Athlon 3200 and whenever I go into system properties it says my processor is running at 1.79ghz. It should be running at 2.2 ghz. Well I found out that XP makes it run slower to save energy. It says it will go up to 2.2ghz if needed but it never does.I don't really care about saving energy so does anyone know of a way I could disable this feature?

That's AMD's great cool n' quiet technology if it doesn't think your proc needs to go faster, it won't. I don't know how to disable it.

Go here and get the Cool'n'Quietâ„¢ Technology Installation Guide.pdf it tells you how enable / disable it...
