L lurkswithin Fully Optimized Messages 1,690 Jul 31, 2005 #4 No..each language specific OS is seperate.... you would gave to contact M$ and ask to get a french language OS. For a small charge they will do a swap out so long as you can prove that you have alegal copy to begin with.
