Checking CPU temp whilst in games

Bit of a n00bish question here but when I overclock my system I'm going to want to check the temperature whilst i'm ingame, this might be a silly question but how do you check it when you're playing? Do you minimize and then run your temperature checking program (Sandra) or is there another way?

You can keep the temperature program open and just minimize the game in the middle of it. Just press Alt+Enter while you're in fullscreen gaming mode.
