task manager problems

something i use ALOT. i tryied today. it says task manager has been disabled by your administrator. the thing is i am the only person on my computer. like no one else uses it. how do i undo the thing i didnt do in the forst place?

Run a virus scan first. It is a move that happens when certain viruses are present so as to not be deleted

lpr.exe or something came up and cannot be deleted. i did it in safe mode(the scan) and without the system restore on
