Remote Desktop TrOUBLE?

hi

my friend sent me an email for me to ste up a remote desktop connection the other day and after i type in the password it began to connect and then came up with this message: "Could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved"

If you have Xp, then you have the help in your computer.-
Go to the help console and type "remote desktop", there you go, and happy reading...
