Moving start button

Hiya all!

Ive been messing about with my task bar and i was wondering if u can move the start button?

This is how it looks now:

Is there any way to move the start button down (into the yellow box on the diagram)? Also, can you place items (toolbars) above and below the start button??

I have tried but no luck!?

You can change the look of the toolbar but you can't change where the place is
Use windowsblinds with the skin encoded and it'll look cool
