i would think your ISP(internet service provider) would have to.

i used to have that.... i think after completly wiped the isp and installed it again after reboot.. it worked for mi... im not sure y it does that thoguh still

well verizon doesnt have the problem cuz it works for me. (see we are on the ssmae computer. but different partitions.) so i will try uninstalling the verizon software the reinstalling it. and how do you ping google? what is pinging. ill do it if i knew how...
