Help With Cooling

I have a toshiba portege laptop and have just overclocked it to the max but i am worried about how hot it is.

COULD SOMEONE HELP ME COOL MY COMPUTER DOWN

Get one of those things that you put the laptop on and it has things like fans built in to coll down the laptop. Otherwise see if you can get a better fan because its a laptop there is not a lot of options. The only other option i can think of is to take back the overclocking until it is at an acceptable temp. What is the current temperature??

i don't wnant to spend anymore money on my computer i was thinking of turning up my fan speed but i do not know how

I dont hink that on laptops you ca =n speed up the sound.
