Being 14 and interested in forum administrating, i need a free hoster that'll give you PHP, MySQL etc.
These don't come easy, as everyone probably knows, but i've stumbled upon one which offers PHP 4, MySQL 4.x, phpmyadmin, sub domain, you name it.
