hallmarkstudios.com doesn't appear to have any MX records set in their DNS information so the message could not be routed to the address properly.

and there is no mail service running on the address hallmarkstudios.com

(you may want to edit out your email address from your post to stop Spambots picking up your mail address by scanning the post).

I did delete my email address, I said so at the top of that post, it occurred at least six time, if you mean delete from my computer, already done, the whole message.
Had a thought, I could phone them with my original query

Phoning them lokos like it could be the only option at the moment...
