You need a heatsink, I suggest buying your CPU Retail and not OEM. You need thermal paste or you can use the thermal pad which comes with the stock heatsink. You will need a different power supply mostly because case power supplies aren't always that great not to mention the parts will probably take more considering your graphics card.

Get case fans also to keep your system cool.
