yeah i wanted matx but um cool with atx just thought matx would look better but looking at it again atx cases look way better

All of that stuff for a new grand total of $525.98

Is there anything else i will need when putting together the computer like any tools or anything thermal paste or something can someone make a little list for me a give me a link

Thermal PAD, isn't as effective but will do the job! It comes with retail AMD CPU's ONLY. It is on the heatsink already.
