Good idea guy's , it's a pain in the arse to answer a question when you don't have all the details..

When a member decides to post a new thread, on the page that comes up, is there a way to put a "checklist of things to include" of some kind above the space where we enter our text? Might work as a reminder to see that on the same page before we begin a new thread.
