the fact that it doesn't OC isn't an issue,

unless you are planning to sell O/C'ed computers, in which case I suggest you should re-think your business stratagies...

Corair is a big very well known brand, the next best IMHO would be Kingston.
 
i voted for OCZ, from what i've seen of them they are good overclockers (which is good if someone buys a computer off you and wants to overclock it, they dont need to buy new ram) and they have a huge price line, from good cheap ram to expensive ram, they're versatile
 
I voted for Corsair XMS series. You didn't have the XMS on there but Corsair is good enough. It has low latency and great timing for the cost.
