I would like iPods more if they weren't dependent on iTunes. I hate iTunes so much, it hurts. Not to mention that the music you buy from iTunes isn't really yours.

...You can add music to it without iTunes... You can add or delete songs from it w/o iTunes.. ...

I personally think that Windows Media Player is better. More organized and since it's integrated along with Windows, it's less of a RAM hog.

i don't have an iPod but i do however use iTunes an excellent music player its great. Take good care of your iPod

I like iTunes, but it is just soo darn slow! When I am dl podcasts, it takes nearly twice as long to download it in iTunes as to dl it in firefox. Arrgg..

How can you add music and stuff without iTunes?

not sure as i don't have an iPod i think you can get a plugin for Windows Media Player
