**edit** Looks like its for an older model.

Steven ... from all reviews I've read on this particular Belkin model is that it is lame. Is this the only brand/model that Wanadoo lets their customers use? Im not from the UK so Im not familiar with that ISP. Perhaps a different modem/router would be the way to go.

when you entere your username, remember not to enter the first bit i.e joeblogs@wanadoo.co.uk ,dont enter the joeblogs@ bit.

wanadoo won't help with a router that isnt theirs, although they should confirm your username and password for you.
i tried to get help from them with my dlink router and they did not want to know.

is the computer you are setting up wireless?
if so, have you been to the device manager to see if the wirless card is active?

OK , the problem is that the asdl modem and wireless router isnt conencting to the asdl line therefore i am unable to use the internet, i have checked my user and password with wanadoo, I can conenct wireless thats how im setting up now not by ethernet.

how are you communicating with us now? is it with your wanadoo modem?
you say:" the modem and router is not connecting"
you only need the router to be connected.
