Won't go away

I've tried everything. Can't get rid of Incredimail pop-up. It's not listed on add/remove programs. Tried Task Manager, deleted, popped back up when I rebooted. It just occurred to me when I saw the above message icons that that's where I originally downloaded it. Someone sent me an email with the cute little icons and I wanted to be able to use them in my email messages. However, it just pops up - when I try to actually install it tells me to try later. I'm lost. Suggestions?

If you are comfortable in the registry go to start-run-regedit and search for incredimail and delete the references there.

yeah download any of the programs from the link (may i suggest Ad-Aware SE)
