URGENT: Wanadoo

when i had problems with mine i could go into the router log and see where it was failing. if i remember, the last time it was failing at the username.

No, its still not working In the status bit it says no connection, WAN disconected, do you know:
WAN IP
SUBNET MASK?
Default gateway,
That will get me somewhere.

can you not find the log file in your router?
if it is the same as a dlink you should look at this to find your problem.

if I understand right it is a wireless router? you need to connect it to your pc with an ethernet cable first, then run the cd that came with it and it will automatically detect your internet settings and set it up properly. then, you can go wireless with it. it shouldn't be that hard.

there isn't a setup program on the cd that came with it? thats odd....was the router brand new when you bought it?

Edit: Belkin advertises easy setup, I bought a belkin wired router one time and it was so easy, just hook it up and run the cd and whammo, it was done....same with my Linksys wireless I have now, all I had to do was connect it via ethernet cable first, run the cd and it setup everything for me.
