W Wombät Fully Optimized Messages 1,855 Jul 10, 2005 #5 Right click on the taskbar, click on unlock the taskbar. Now you should have a double arrow when you move it over the edge of taskbar . Single mouse click and pull the bar up. Now you will have two bars. Lock the task bar and away you go.
