You have to look at this. I have been using it for years and it is so great.

You can rename it wizmo 1, wizmo 2, etc and make it do many things.

Just read the info. It will reboot, shutdown, Etc, from the desktop or where you put the icon.

Umm you can create a shortcut for everything on your desktop
Just go to %systemroot%\system32 and then there is a list of applications place a shortcut of the one that you want on the desktop... i don't really get this gizmo thing too so dunno ...
