you are confusing me a little bit here. First you say that the wireless is working fine but not your main hardwired system. Now you said that you have limitted connectivity on your laptop too. . Which is it exactly so that we stay on track here

If you just reformatted then why not just use the system restore to the day you reformatted and before you installed that new.net program. (bet it was a screensaver program)

actually it was from a program called warez p2p
and good idea! lol..

man i forgot about that, cause b4 when i had my computer messed up i cudnt system restore so i sorta forgot about that completly

Can you reset your router. Do you know how? You may need to do an firmware update!

well i can pretty much reach my router through my labtop, just not my main computer. i cant do anything internet wise on it. and im sure i hav the latest firmware too
