there is another free antivirus program I've heard of, but haven't tried much. It's called Antivir... anybody heard of it?

well I tried it once, but not long enough to give a real opinion on how well it works, but I have heard from a couple of computer literate people that it is very good,

ugh, the only free GOOD antivirus THAT I know of is, clamav.

I don't think it's a good idea to make your top priorty saving a few bucks when it comes to your computer's health. That's just my two cents worth
