How to set up a free website?

I am interested in setting up my own webpage. Is there any free ways i can set my own website up with no cost at all?. Can u guys please wb thanx a lot

Freewebs is good if you are making an html site. My site is based on XML and client side XSL tranformations which for some reason doesn't work on Freewebs. It does work off my friend's server so my guess is that it is something in their configuration. I tried to contact them but the email bounced! Oh well.
