Yes, the wafer on the 6600GT can handle a lot more heat and can execute commands faster then the 9800XT, let alone that pro card. As far as the CPU goes, the 3000+ venice can be OCed to 3500+ levels with EASE. They are both designed on a newer silicon sythesis, therefore making them superior to previous cores on CPUs and GPUs. The 6600GT can handle ANY GAME on MAX SETTINGS with excellent FPS (80-200)!
BTW, there is no SUCH thing as dual channel RAM. That is all in the motherboard. How much money do we have left to deal with? I will estimate and go out on a limb and show you some good parts (PCIe mobo and RAM) Ready?
