You need it hosted, like they've said. Some I use Sitesled. Make an account, upload your file, and there you have it, your precious URL.

well...uhh...i live in the southern United States...most everyone else just hunts and nothing else...or fishes...but anyway most don't even know what an operating system is....so when you look at me and all of them i actually am kinda a computer person even tho i may not be compared to all of you other ppl out there...i am here ...at home
