I want an AMD..one that will last me for a good amount of time..i was thinking a 3200+..is that good?

Anything is good when it comes to Athlon, but as everyone says go 64 or go home haha. Or the FX processor or 64 dual cores haha. if you got money role deep. Lay down your spec's you dont even or do you know what your mother board will handle.

Like I said, the 3200+ Venice core uses SSE3 instruction sets and has VERY GOOD OCing potentials. It runs ICE COLD at stock speeds, and doesn't gain a lot of heat even with a hefty OC. Very good good processor.

what about the 3200 winchester? i've heard great things about it as well.

yeah but that core is alot older and not as good. Go with the venice

"very good good processor" haha.
