ZoneAlarm Security Suite question

I have ZoneAlarm Security Suite and when i enable the Perental Filtering on it my internet speed goes realy slow and seems to take forever loading web pages.
i have a 100 MBPS Broadband connection.
does anyone have any idea what my problem is?

hm...you know that it's scanning all your webpages right cause that's how it just like does it's filter. But you could maybe lower the level of intensity.

Thanks for replying but how do you lower the level of intensity?
it never used to be this slow ive re-installed it many of times but still the same and i update reguarly.
any recomendations would help.
