Steal and compatibility

I bought a M950 motherboard, 512 MB RAM PC 2100, and a 40 GB hard drive with a whole bunch of programs on it and Windows corporate.. It was only $115.00 and nothing is wrong with it. Kinda a steal I think. Anyway.. there is no processing chip or power supply. I have a power supply that is 250 Watt and want to make sure that would be enough to support my computer till I get better one. I don't have chip though.

Well if you bought a hard drive with windows already on it....was it from a company?

I have a 250w PSU and it can support a dvd rom, dvd burner, 160gb hdd, floppy, hp wmta mobo, and 128rd ram.
