Suggestion...

save as PNG with white as a transparent colour.

umm wow, am I the only one whose used photoshop and doesn't know anything about making effects????

ummm...something isn't working. I was doing some of those tutorials, and Color Balance never works for me. Its always faded, and doesn't let me click on it...It happened in one tutorial so i tried a different one, and it also wont let me use Color Balance.

EDIT: Oh i found out my colours were set to black and white, and that why it didnt work
