First PC Build!

Hey im gonig to build my first PC to replace my freinds old pentium 3.

Is every thing compatible? Any comments or Segestions?

I would prolly get the new venice core for your mobo. And maybe the 6800gt or ultra. Glad to see you got pci e for your video card tho. Your ram is 240 pin and your mobo only supports 184 and your ram is ddr2 and your mobo only supports ddr. I'm not for sure if it won't work but why waste money? and...it only has 2 pci expansion slot which is ok. But i would go with a little more. Maybe instead of changing all of your ram and such just get a new motherboard. make sure you can overclock tho cause your cpu has got speed bro/or girl. lol.

You might also want to reconsider buying a soundcard since your mobo comes with a decent integrated one. Also an all-in-one drive might be better instead of having separate drives but that's up to you.

Err, shouldn't you get the SLI version of the motherboard if you're buying to 6600GT's?
