you could go with a little faster processor. Like 3500. And your video card isn't that impressive maybe something more like the new nvidia card. Or the nvidia 6800 ultra.

"lol... well, 8000 is max, preferably somethen like 4,000 or 3,000."

Wow...alot...and I mean...alot of money you must have! *shocked*

I wouldn't know where to start to even use half that amount on even an excellent system though I'm sure some people could bleed you dry! hehe

You could pay me a 1000 then i could give you some suggestions lol. But hey you can buy the top of th eline for sure. i mean very very top.

Asus SLI board
4000+ PCU or better
Duel nVidia 7800

4 1gb Sticks of Corsair XMS Expert ram
Water cool everything ..
and get the best DVD rom and DVD-R on the market ....

there you go ... you can play doom three full settings .... in like 6 windows ....

Before you do any serious upgrading from what you've got there, you may want to think about getting a hard drive first. I don't know how critical it is to you, but for me, it's a plus. If you've the money, get a 10,000 RPM hard drive or higher as your primary, and get a secondary 7,200 for storage.
