No problems I tried my best lol. I hope there number to contact is free because most ISP's are not the best of people to talk to over the phone to fix problems. Though if you can afford it, I'd suggest getting someone out.

This close kage but i think i know for sure that the problem lies with the service provider this happened when i was in the states last year every time we got on dial up we were getting that error. So i called our ISP and (i hate how they all speak hindi no offence but i can't understand a word they say) they fixed it.

Kewl, well I hope they do now.

Could also be the password your trying to access your account with too. Strangley NTL changed it without warning to loads of numbers and letters for protection, and he couldn't get his e-mails either, though it was a different error, but worth asking them that first by giving details and see if they can set you right
