Can anyone figure this out?

So if I refigure..

1092' = 0 foot
1087' = 5 feet
1077' = 15 feet
1067' = 25 feet
1057' = 35 feet

OK. I figured it out..

Everyone has an elevation they're at..

Elevation 0 = Level the oceans are at "Sea Level"

The ground I'm standing on in my city is 1093 feet above "sea level"
In the diagram, the 1st depth measurement is 1092 feet above sea level.. which means it's 1 foot deep. the 2nd measurement is 1082 feet above sea level. which would be 11 foot deep.

The deeper the water, the closer it is to "sea level"

I must say out of plain curiosity, I have learned a bit about elevation.

If you can find a topography chart take a look. All the topo lines are in elevation from mean sea level. The sea level isn't always the same as tides change it every day.

congatulations! also but to just point out a small major detail with all maps...Water is always detailed blue and the deeper the water the darker the blue... And if you want to catch those muskies get a line out to that deep area for they like it cold.
