Another one of my stupid questions!
i have an AMD Sempron 2800+ at 2.0 ghz
is it true that my processor actualy is as fast as 2.8ghz intel chip?
if the anser is yes - for example if a games system requirments is 2.8 ghz it would run on my comp?

im not realt planning on playing on high end games but what do you think of my system?

512mb ddr
64mb via unichrome shared graphics
120gb hard drive
DVD DRIVE
CD&DVD WRITER COMBO
i know its not the best system but graphics are ok.

The semperon isn't ats a good as a p4 2.8, FACT. And that graphics card will not be able to handle good games. The max you can play with that card is probably wc3.

Hey, let's put things in perspective...
A Sempron 2800+, that runs at 2.0G, is aproximately the equivalent of a Celeron D 335, running at 2.8G...

He means Warcraft 3 and its a strategy game. You probably have heard of it.

Thats the video card you have though, and I'm afraid even WarCraft 3 would be a problem for it. I'd definitely update this as soon as you can. This is what will be bringing you gaming speeds down, trust me.
