Invision Powerboard - Help Needed

I dont know how to change the skin or add a new banner, i have tried but failed!!!

Well for the skins, you need to download some and upload in the "skin" or "theme" directory. You may already have some..

Log in as admin and enter your CP. There you will find an option to change the theme of the site. Also there you should find another spot in the config or images to allow you to enter a url or pic name for your banner.

hi i am experinced with invasion so if i joined and you admined me for a shot time told me what you want doing il fix everything up. As i have my own forums too. I used to be on invasion and now on phpbb.
