I think I understand what you're asking now.
The page you're looking at is just that a page. It's not self refreshing. You see a static display. If you want to see something you know is there but you are still sitting on that old page you have to refresh the page. Then it updates the page content and you see the new items.

Thanks as thats the point,shouldn't it be automatic as it is everywhere else ?
If it's different here say so and lets move on.
