I didn't see any on tigerdirect.ca, plus i don't really want to spend that much. the only reason i'm getting a second HDD is because i have all my music CD's backed up on my computer(over 30GB worth) and i don't want to loose it.
go with the SATA drive. Besides you never know, down the road you may decide to build a new machine which will probably be exclusively SATA compatible and you'll have a spare drive to work with. Seems to me IDE is being phased out.
